Renée brings over 20 years of coaching, consulting and business experience to her executive client engagements. With a style that is warm, direct and insightful, she coaches executives and senior teams to enhance leadership skills, produce results and achieve personal and organizational objectives.
About Renée
Renée has worked with some of America’s leading organizations, including Bain Capital, Amgen, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Warburg Pincus, The Carlyle Group, Mass General Brigham, Suffolk Construction, Foot Locker, and New Balance.
In addition to her corporate work, she coaches in Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program and International Women's Forum, and she has taught Leadership: The Inner Journey at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Renée served as an adjunct coach with the Center for Authentic Leadership from 2002 through 2008. From 1996 through 2000, she was the leadership consultant at Executive Perspectives, a management training and consulting firm. Prior to joining Executive Perspectives, she spent 10 years in financial services and manufacturing management.
Renée holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Brown University. She completed her coaching certification with The College of Executive Coaching and is trained to use a variety of assessment instruments, including the MBTI Step II, the Leadership Versatility Index, Benchmarks 360, the Hogan, the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory, and the Enneagram.
In addition to her executive coaching and consulting practice, Renée devotes time to coaching social impact entrepreneurs through The Gratitude Network. For fun, she enjoys reading historical fiction, spending time with her two sons, sea kayaking, and running.
